What Sets You Apart (This Is Non-Negotiable)

You've designed MEP systems for commercial interior fit-outs — not just infrastructure, not just execution. Design. Consulting.

You've worked at or with an MEP consulting firm. You understand the pace, the precision, and the client expectations that come with it.

You think about sustainability not as a checkbox but as a design philosophy.

AutoCAD and Revit are your first language. BIM isn't a buzzword — it's your workflow.

You've led a team. You've protected your team. You've also pushed them beyond what they thought was possible.

10–15 years deep in MEP design and you've used every one of those years to get sharper.
