Key Responsibilities

• Establish very good working relationship with Customers (Both Existing and Potential)
• Technically drive account and Program to deliver output with Higher first time right
• Key stakeholders to drive technical capacity creation (Engineers, Hiring, Training and Deployment ready)
• Customer problem understanding and convert the same into business requirement
• Creating technical and commercial business requirements
• Support Leadership team with Recommendations to negotiate and execute contracts for business requirements
• Should understand and articulate the problem and solutions with overall system understanding
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
• Has knowledge of best practices and how to integrate with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Leadership
• Work as a strong team player for colleagues

Job Specific Knowledge:

• Should have performed Systems engineering role for minimum 17+ years in Special purpose Machine/Manufacturing/Solar/Semi Equipment discipline
• Manufacturing process hands on experience to carry design to Manufacturing - Precision Components, Vacuum chamber, Dynamic movement components
• Should have good understanding and working knowledge in proto products manufacturing
• Ability to understand customer and own PnL requirements
• Exposure to Project Management tools and techniques.
• Should be able to understand Hardware (Mech + Elec), Software and Digital requirements
• Ability and skill to drive Engineering and business excellence.
• Experience in preparing/understand engineering cost estimates.
• Passion for developing self-skills and ability in advanced digital area
• Exposure and working knowledge of PLM, ERP and release process, product structure and configurations.
