Business Strategy
·Collaborate with Division Head/Cluster Head to define aspiration and strategy for Division
·Brand Building
·Topline and Bottom-line performance
Sales & Marketing
·Drive marketing strategy and brand plan creation for the product portfolio of division
·A Drive creation, deployment and monitoring of doctor and patient engagement programs, Manage dynamic pricing of products
·Work with cross functional teams to develop superior product propositions (e.g.; alternate delivery models, lowest cost pricing) and ensure smooth delivery to customers
·Support forward looking portfolio selection
·Market Share + Therapy Share + Prescription share Gain + (AWACS & OR IPSOS)
Financial management
·Develop annual Brand planning ,manage resources prudently to deliver financial expectations.
·% Contribution of New Products In Total Revenues
·Productivity improvement.
·Increase in market share, Prescription share as per the annual plan
Qualification : Pharmacy Graduate with MBA
Experience (Type & Nature)
·10 to `15 Yrs. of Work experience in marketing or Presently working as MM OR Marketing Head
·10 to 15 Yrs of industry experience
