Head of Growth Marketing

About Verdantis
Verdantis is an AI-native enterprise software company building MRO360 (AI-native MRO inventory optimization and Enterprise Asset Management) and Verdantis MDM (master data management and governance). We sell into large global enterprises with substantial operations in North America. As we scale, we are looking for a hungry, analytical marketing leader to own demand generation and pipeline growth end-to-end.
The Role
You will own Verdantis's growth engine E2E- brand, demand, pipeline, and inside sales conversion across both digital and field / offline channels, with a primary focus on the North American market. This is a build-and-scale role for someone who thinks in numbers, moves fast, and treats AI as a core operating tool rather than an afterthought.
What You'll Own
•Full-funnel growth strategy across online (SEO / SEM, paid, ABM, content, marketing automation, lifecycle) and offline (industry events, trade shows, field marketing, executive roundtables) and, critically, integrating the two into one coherent motion.
•Lead and scale the marketing team and the inside sales / SDR function, aligning both to pipeline and revenue targets.
•Build and run an analytics-first marketing operation: attribution, funnel metrics, CAC / LTV, pipeline contribution, and clear reporting to leadership.
•Embed AI across the marketing stack: content generation, campaign optimization, lead scoring, personalization, and workflow automation.
•Drive demand and brand in North America while supporting global operations.
•Partner closely with sales and product to sharpen positioning and messaging for an enterprise, technical-yet-executive audience.
What We're Looking For
•Strong analytical orientation: you make decisions from data and can build and read a marketing funnel and attribution model.
•An AI-first approach to marketing, with demonstrated use of AI tools to scale output and improve performance.
•Genuine command of both online and offline marketing: able to run digital demand gen and field / event marketing and knit them together. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.
•Experience marketing at an organization with substantial global operations and a North America focus.
•Track record leading and scaling teams, ideally including an inside sales / SDR function.
•A young, high-hunger profile with proven ability to scale programs and teams quickly.
•B2B enterprise / SaaS background preferred; familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, supply chain, or asset-management buyers is a plus.
Nice to Have
•Experience marketing to enterprise operations, maintenance, reliability, or supply chain leaders.
•Exposure to product-led or ABM-led motions in a startup / scale-up environment.
