The Role

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Head to drive our marketing function, elevate brand visibility, and accelerate customer acquisition. You will design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and project-specific channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific residential and commercial projects.

• Campaign Management: Lead digital, social, print, and outdoor campaigns while closely monitoring lead generation, performance, and ROI.
• 
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Channel teams to hit business targets.
• 
  
• Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets while establishing performance objectives for the internal marketing team.
• 
  
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities and trends.

What You Bring

• 10–15 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate or property development sector.
• 
  
• Proven success managing both traditional integrated campaigns and digital performance marketing.
• 
  
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
• 
  
• Experience managing agency relationships and overseeing marketing budgets.
