What you'll own
Web & brand presence
Full ownership of sumtracker.com, our Shopify App Store listing, G2 profile, and any public-facing properties — what they say, how they look, and how they convert.
Organic growth — SEO, AEO & content
Drive qualified traffic through long-form content, SEO, AEO, and social media. Build a content engine that compounds over time.
Email marketing
Own all email marketing — onboarding sequences, product announcements, nurture flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
Paid marketing
Plan and run paid campaigns — Shopify App Store ads. Manage budget and optimize for CAC and pipeline.
Partner & agency program
Build and grow a partner program for e-commerce agencies and consultants — designing incentives, co-marketing, and referral structures from scratch.
Marketing infrastructure & analytics
Set up and maintain the full marketing stack — lead capture, attribution tracking, tool integrations, automated workflows, and analytics dashboards that give us clear visibility into what's working.
