Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function of a leading lifestyle retail brand.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, retail excellence, and digital transformation across multiple business segments within a dynamic consumer environment.

We are specifically looking for candidates currently based in India, with strong experience in fashion/apparel retail, who are open to relocating to Sri Lanka and contributing to the next phase of business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
• Drive retail marketing initiatives, including showroom launches, seasonal campaigns, and footfall generation
• Oversee digital marketing across performance marketing, social media, content, influencer strategy, and CRM
• Manage customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programmes using data-driven insights
• Track and optimise marketing ROI through analytics and performance dashboards
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team with strong KPIs and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Operations teams
• Manage external partners including agencies, media, and technology vendors
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to drive innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of marketing experience in Retail / Fashion / Apparel / Garments industries(mandatory)
• Proven experience in Brand management,Retail marketing & store experience ,Digital and performance marketing
• Strong exposure to fashion/lifestyle retail brands with customer-facing environments
• Currently based in India with willingness to relocate to Sri Lanka
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
• Commercially driven with a data-oriented and results-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
