About Recur Club

We're building the category-defining brand for business debt. Recur Club is India's first AI-native debt marketplace, reimagining how businesses access capital. We empower founders by connecting them directly with lenders through a technology-first, agent-driven ecosystem that removes friction from the traditional debt process. Our platform leverages AI to automate underwriting, match businesses with the right capital partners, and drastically reduce turnaround time.

When a founder, CFO, or lender thinks about debt capital or a business loan, we want them to instinctively Think Recur, when They Think Debt.

We're looking for a Head of Marketing who can own that long-term brand mission and the performance engine behind it.

You'll directly work with the Founder and lead a lean team of 4. At the same time, be responsible for all core marketing levers (ABM, Paid Ads, SEO & Website, Events & Partnerships, Social, PR, Sales Enablement, Nurture & Content) and the KPIs attached to them from MQLs to pipeline contribution and cost per lead.

What you'll do

1. Own and grow the Recur brand

  • Craft and continuously sharpen our narrative: who we are, what we stand for, and why Think Debt, Think Recur is the default choice for founders and lenders.
  • Build a consistent brand across website, content, events, PR, social, and product touchpoints.

2. Build a content and thought-leadership engine

  • Turn our learnings, credit insights and founder stories into sector notes, playbooks, videos, newsletters, podcasts and events.
  • Make Recur a go-to voice on business debt, revenue-based financing and AI-native lending.

3. Run the full-funnel marketing machine

  • Own targets across ABM, Paid (Google/LinkedIn), SEO & website, events, PR, newsletters and pipeline nurturing.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Founders to ensure marketing is driving quality opportunities and revenue, not just leads.

4. Use AI as an accelerator (not a gimmick)

  • Use AI tools and workflows to scale personalised nurturing, content repurposing, video snippets, research and lead enrichment.
  • Design smart, automated journeys, but keep the brand voice and storytelling distinctly human.

5. Orchestrate events, partnerships and PR

  • Build a calendar of events, founder meetups, webinars and partner collaborations that reinforce Think Debt, Think Recur.
  • Drive strategic PR placements and narratives that shape the category, not just announce features.

You might be a fit if:

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing (fintech a plus) with ownership of brand and revenue-linked KPIs.
  • You understand how to build a compounding brand: clear positioning, distinctive voice, and consistent storytelling over the years.
  • You're comfortable across brand, content, demand gen and sales enablement and know how to balance long-term brand building with short-term pipeline needs.
  • You're curious and hands-on with AI in marketing, using it to speed up research, content and nurture, while keeping strategy and creativity firmly in your hands.
  • You enjoy working closely with founders, product and sales in a high-ownership, early-stage environment.
