Summary

As the Marketing Deputy Manager/Manager, you will be central to defining and executing a unified brand narrative across all customer touchpoints. You will lead a high-performing team of 10–15 professionals spanning Content, Social, and Design, ensuring every piece of brand communication reflects strategic clarity, creative excellence, and measurable business impact. Based in or near Tricity, you will serve as the driving force behind brand consistency, campaign cohesion, and cross-functional alignment—championing integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand perception, deepen audience engagement, and fuel sustainable growth. Your leadership will cultivate a culture of innovation, accountability, and creative rigor, empowering the team to deliver data-informed, compelling content that resonates with target audiences and advances core business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor team leads across Content & Social and Design & Experience, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional development

  • Ensure all marketing outputs strictly adhere to brand positioning, messaging, tone, and strategic pillars set by the Brand & Product Strategist

  • Act as the final authority for brand consistency across campaigns, content assets, and digital/physical platforms

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing milestones

  • Manage the master content and campaign calendar across social media, influencer programs, and integrated brand initiatives
  • Align content strategy with product roadmaps, business goals, seasonal cycles, and promotional calendars
  • Drive unified storytelling across organic, influencer, and paid content channels to maintain brand voice and narrative continuity
  • Partner closely with the Creative & Experience Lead to ensure visual and narrative alignment with campaign objectives
  • Integrate brand and content strategy with Growth Team efforts to ensure consistency across paid, organic, and influencer content
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design teams to synchronize brand storytelling with website, app updates, and user experience enhancements
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement, content performance, and campaign effectiveness through a brand-centric lens
  • Lead monthly performance reviews and drive iterative improvements using data-driven insights
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using Zoho Projects or equivalent tools
  • Establish and refine content workflows to enable agility, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track brand and content KPIs, delivering actionable intelligence to stakeholders

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on D2C or consumer brands
  • Proven track record leading teams of 10+ across content, social media, and creative functions
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives with Brand Strategy, Product, Growth, and Design teams
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, content lifecycle management, and full-cycle campaign execution
  • Expertise in social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Asana, or Monday.com
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using analytics platforms to guide content and campaign decisions
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
  • Must be based in or near Tricity, with full commitment to in-office work—no hybrid arrangements
