Role SummaryThe Marketing Head will own the entire marketing ecosystem of QwikStories brand, creator acquisition, paid campaigns, social presence, product marketing and revenue growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, creativity, data expertise, and hands-on execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Growth & Strategy- Build quarterly & annual growth plans aligned with creator acquisition and booking targets.
- Define market positioning for QwikStories, including differentiation from competitors.
- Plan city-wise creator onboarding strategy starting with Hyderabad Tier 1 Tier 2.
- Create funnels for Awareness Signup Verification First Booking.
B. Digital Marketing- Lead performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
- Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS for both creators and users.
- Run targeted campaigns for:
- Creator onboarding
- User booking campaigns
- Referral & ambassador programs
- City launch campaigns
C. Social Media & Content- Build and manage the complete social media strategy (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Oversee daily posting, content calendars, creator stories, reels & brand videos.
- Create viral-focused campaigns around creators, shoot locations, and trends.
- Build testimonial pipelines (reels + quotes + case studies).
D. Creator Ecosystem Campaigns- Launch incentives for creators
- Execute hyperlocal campaigns around studios, colleges, fashion districts.
E. Branding & Communication- Create brand guidelines, tone of voice, and the overall visual identity.
- Oversee photoshoots, video ads, digital banners, landing pages, and motion graphics.
F. Analytics & Reporting- Build dashboards for campaign performance, creator funnel, CAC, retention.
- Conduct weekly cohort analysis for creators and users.
- Own KPIs:
- CAC
- Creator acquisition cost
- First booking rate
- Repeat booking percentage
- Campaign ROAS
G. Team Leadership- Manage the performance team, social media team, content creators, agencies & freelancers.
- Handle budgeting, hiring, training, and monthly performance reviews.
Requirements- Experience in marketplace or creator-tech is a huge advantage.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, analytics, and team management.
- Ability to lead large campaigns, events, and launch strategies.
- Highly creative yet deeply data-driven.
