Position Summary:

The Head of Marketing Operations is responsible for optimizing marketing performance by leading the strategy, execution, and enhancement of marketing processes, technology, analytics, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making to support marketing goals and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the global marketing operations function, aligning with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
  • Develop and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and automation strategies.
  • Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools, and campaign management platforms.
  • Oversee marketing analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to measure ROI and campaign performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Drive lead management and scoring in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, IT, and finance to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing operations professionals.
