Job Title - Head of Marketing – B2B Industrial

Location - Udaipur

Employment Type - Full-time

Job Purpose / Role Summary

This is a senior leadership role for someone who wants full ownership of marketing in a B2B industrial organization. The role is responsible for defining strategy, building the brand, driving demand, and creating scalable marketing systems that support long-term business growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth
  • Build and scale the Tempsens brand across markets and channels
  • Lead demand generation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for products and solutions
  • Own digital marketing, website, content, performance marketing, and analytics
  • Lead exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and global industry presence
  • Drive creation of high-quality content for customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Own the marketing budget, ROI measurement, and prioritization of spend

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B industrial and manufacturing marketing
  • Ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability
  • Strategic and systems thinking to build repeatable marketing processes
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams
  • High execution standards with strong attention to outcomes and quality

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B or industrial marketing
  • Proven experience owning and executing marketing strategy and delivery
  • Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-driven organizations

Technical Skills

  • Digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with exhibitions, trade marketing, and offline channels
  • Budget management and ROI tracking
