Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the company's brand vision, storytelling, and digital growth strategy. The role will be responsible for building a strong brand narrative, driving market positioning, overseeing SEO and digital performance, and strengthening the company's presence.
This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and performance marketing expertise within the fragrance, flavour, FMCG, or ingredient manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the long-term brand vision aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
- Lead brand architecture across the companies fragrance, flavour & aroma ingredients portfolios.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
2. Brand Story & Content Strategy
- Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with clients, partners, and consumers.
- Develop storytelling frameworks for product launches, exhibitions, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Oversee content creation for website, brochures, presentations, social media.
- Position the organization as a thought leader in fragrance and flavour innovation.
3. Digital Marketing & SEO Management
- Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Lead keyword strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, backlink strategy, and content SEO.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic performance, and digital KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives (paid campaigns, lead generation, remarketing).
4. Product & Portfolio Marketing
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Category teams for new product development and launches.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for fragrance and flavour portfolios.
- Create impactful marketing collaterals for exhibitions, trade shows, and client presentations.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage external agencies (branding, digital, PR, SEO).
- Track budgets and marketing ROI.
Candidate Profile
- 1015+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience in fragrance, flavour, FMCG, personal care, food ingredients, or allied manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong expertise in brand building, storytelling, and digital marketing strategy.
- Proven experience in SEO management and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing in manufacturing/ingredient industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
