Job Title: Head of Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead brand, growth, and visibility for a portfolio of bar and restaurant brands. This role requires deep, hands-on experience in hospitality marketing, with proven exposure to multiple brands and outlets. The ideal candidate has built and scaled at least 3 hospitality brands and has directly handled marketing for 6+ bar/restaurant outlets, balancing brand storytelling with footfall, revenue, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Own brand identity, tone, and positioning across multiple hospitality brands Ensure each brand has a distinct personality while aligning with the overall group strategy Lead brand launches, rebranding, and concept marketing for new outlets Maintain consistency across offline and digital touchpoints
2. Outlet-Level Marketing & Footfall Growth Drive day-to-day and campaign-led footfall across bars and restaurants Event-based promotions Festive and seasonal campaigns Live music / DJ / theme night promotions Work closely with operations teams to align marketing with outlet realities
3. Digital, Social & Performance Marketing Own digital strategy across Instagram, Google, Zomato, Swiggy, and discovery platforms Plan and oversee: Social media content & calendars Influencer collaborations Paid campaigns and performance marketing Track ROI, CAC, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
4. Partnerships & Collaborations Build collaborations with: Alcohol brands Lifestyle brands Event partners Influencers and creators Manage barter deals, sponsorships, and co-branded campaigns Leverage partnerships to boost brand recall and footfall
5. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars Execute on-ground campaigns across 6+ outlets simultaneously Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and videographers
6. Budgeting & ROI Ownership Own marketing budgets for multiple brands Allocate spends across: Digital Events Influencers Offline activations Track ROI and optimise spends based on performance 7. Team & Stakeholder Management Build and lead internal marketing teams and agencies Work closely with founders, outlet heads, and operations teams
Act as the single-point owner for all marketing initiatives Must-Have Experience & Skills 8+ years of marketing experience in hospitality / bars / restaurants Hands-on experience managing at least 3 hospitality brands Direct responsibility for marketing 6+ bar/restaurant outlets Strong understanding of: Hospitality consumer behaviour Nightlife & dining trends Local city marketing (Pune experience preferred) Experience with influencer marketing, events, and partnerships Data-driven with a strong creative instinct Nice to Have Experience launching new bar or restaurant concepts Strong network with influencers, artists, DJs, and lifestyle partners Familiarity with alcohol brand guidelines and promotions Agency management experience What We're Looking For (Mindset) Deep hospitality DNA not generic FMCG or tech marketing Comfortable with late-night events, launches, and weekend activations Business-oriented, not vanity-metrics driven Someone who understands that footfall = revenue
