Position Overview
You spearhead the marketing engine for an early-stage, fast-growing education platform. You own strategy, people, and budgets to amplify organic reach and build a brand that inspires millions preparing for competitive exams. Your work scales a multidisciplinary team and converts engagement into sustained growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- You define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the client's growth objectives.
- You lead, mentor, and grow a marketing team of 10+ professionals across creative and digital functions.
- You establish efficient processes for campaign execution, performance tracking, and content quality.
- You drive organic marketing across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels to boost audience engagement.
- You develop viral and educational content strategies that enhance brand visibility.
- You collaborate with product and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling.
- You build and strengthen the client's brand voice and positioning within the education and test-prep ecosystem.
- You engage with online communities, influencers, and partners to forge authentic connections.
- You design campaigns that convert audience trust into measurable growth.
- You monitor performance using KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and retention.
- You implement A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- You manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
Must have Criteria
- 35+ years of hands-on marketing experience in startups, edtech, or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven track record in organic marketing and building digital communities.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content virality.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Data-oriented mindset with creative flair and strong execution capability.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
