Head of Marketing
Job Description
Microsoft & Solutions Marketing
- Translate Microsoft capabilities across Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Application Modernization, Security, and related services into buyer-centric propositions.
- Partner with Microsoft Alliance and Practice teams to leverage Microsoft ecosystem opportunities, joint GTM motions, co-sell, Marketplace, events, and field engagement.
- Develop differentiated messaging, solution positioning, sales narratives, case studies, campaigns, and go-to-market assets.
- Convert technical capabilities into clear business value propositions that resonate with US enterprise buyers.
Sales & Practice Partnership
- Act as a strategic marketing partner to US Sales and Practice leadership.
- Work closely with account leaders to identify pipeline gaps and create targeted campaigns to address them.
- Develop sales enablement assets including sales plays, account messaging, solution briefs, presentations, battlecards, and campaign kits.
- Establish a strong operating cadence across Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Microsoft Alliance, and Delivery teams.
- Support strategic pursuits and account-based initiatives with relevant market intelligence, messaging, and campaigns.
Campaign & Content Leadership
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, email, events, webinars, thought leadership, partner marketing, and targeted account engagement.
- Develop compelling content around Microsoft, Cloud, Data & AI, and Digital Engineering solutions.
- Work with internal SMEs and technical leaders to convert complex technology concepts into customer-oriented content.
- Build reusable campaign frameworks and assets that can scale across the broader services portfolio.
Performance & Pipeline Management
- Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline.
- Track campaign performance, conversion rates, engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on marketing performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.
- Ensure marketing remains accountable for commercial outcomes rather than activity metrics alone.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10–16 years of overall marketing experience, preferably within IT services, digital engineering, technology consulting, or a related B2B services environment.
- 4+ years of experience in IT services / digital engineering marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated experience marketing to the US / North American enterprise market.
- Strong understanding of B2B technology services and complex enterprise buying cycles.
- Proven experience in demand generation, pipeline creation, and sales-aligned marketing.
- Strong exposure to Microsoft services and ecosystem, including one or more of:
- Azure,Data & AI,Microsoft Fabric,Copilot,Power Platform,Dynamics 365,Application Modernization,Cloud & Infrastructure,Cybersecurity
- Experience working directly with Sales, Practice, Pre-Sales, and technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of ABM, account-based campaigns, GTM strategy, and integrated marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Alliance / Partner marketing, co-sell, Marketplace, joint GTM, or Microsoft field engagement.
- Experience in a mid-sized technology services organization with a lean, hands-on marketing model.
- Experience building marketing programs from the ground up.
- Exposure to Healthcare or other US enterprise verticals.
- Experience developing campaigns around Cloud, Data, AI, and Digital Engineering services.
- Demonstrated experience influencing or contributing to measurable revenue and pipeline outcomes.
