About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Head to lead overall marketing initiatives across B2B, B2G, and construction/infrastructure markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Marketing Communications (MarCom), Branding, and industry-specific marketing for EPC contractors, builders, consultants, and government bodies. This role requires a leader who can drive brand visibility, build strategic relationships, and support business growth with targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies covering B2B, B2G, MarCom, and branding.
- Build a strong brand presence within the construction and infrastructure sector.
B2B & B2G Marketing (Construction Sector & Government Projects)
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting EPC companies, contractors, real estate developers, architects, and consultants.
- Strengthen key account engagement through industry events, partnerships, and technical promotions.
- Support product marketing, positioning, technical literature, and solution-based marketing.
- Drive government-facing marketing strategies aligned with public infrastructure needs.
Marketing Communications (MarCom)
- Oversee all MarCom activities, including content creation, internal communication, external communication, and digital messaging.
- Manage the development of marketing collateralbrochures, presentations, technical datasheets, videos, and case studies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication platforms.
Branding
- Lead brand development, positioning, and identity initiatives.
- Manage corporate branding, product branding, and employer branding programs.
- Oversee PR, media planning, social media presence, and brand visibility campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across offline, online, print, and on-ground activities.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market analysis on construction trends, infrastructure opportunities, and government policies.
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing movements, and emerging technologies.
