Job Description

  • Rebuild the marketing playbook and reposition the brand from traditional to contemporary ecosystem.
  • Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored for the beverages and alcohol market.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead 360 degree marketing and also manage the NPD for the commercial business.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across all online platforms.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Marketing should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading Marketing within the FMCG ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
