Head of Marketing(Early Stage Startup)

This is a 0-to-1 role responsible for acquiring users, creating brand awareness, and building a global community for a sports-native prediction market platform. Working directly with the founding team, you will design and execute the GTM strategy and lead all marketing operations.

What You'll Do

• Own storytelling, content strategy, and marketing campaigns across channels.
• Design and execute the complete GTM strategy.
• Drive social media marketing across key platforms where sports users reside (X/Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok).
• Manage affiliate programs, referral campaigns, and influencer marketing.
• Lead direct outreach within active sports communities.
• Establish business development partnerships and ecosystem/chain collaborations.
• Manage performance marketing across channels to optimize ROI.
• Create memetic, shareable, and viral content tailored for social platforms.
• Build and manage global community hubs across Discord, Telegram, and Reddit while driving engagement.
• Implement user engagement and retention plans while analyzing core growth metrics.
• Establish brand equity, ecosystem partnerships, and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2C digital marketing, particularly in global user acquisition within the sports, gaming, or crypto/DeFi sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in creating viral content and driving high-engagement social media conversations.
• Hands-on user acquisition experience with sports, gaming, DeFi, or viral consumer products.
• Self-starter mindset, hustler attitude, and a strong data-oriented approach.
