We're Hiring: Head of Marketing – ANKURAM IVF
ANKURAM IVF is looking for an experienced, performance-driven and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function across all our centres in Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for ANKURAM IVF.
- Lead and manage the marketing team across Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Medininagar.
- Drive patient acquisition through digital marketing, doctor referrals, camps, corporate tie-ups and local outreach.
- Plan and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, SEO and lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop a strong doctor referral network with gynaecologists, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Plan IVF awareness camps, corporate health programs, society/RWA activities and institutional collaborations.
- Set monthly targets for leads, appointments, doctor visits, camps and patient conversions.
- Monitor team DPRs, weekly performance and centre-wise marketing results.
- Track marketing ROI, cost per lead, appointment conversion and patient conversion.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, counsellors, telecalling, reception and centre heads.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and professional representation of ANKURAM IVF.
- Recruit, train, guide and motivate marketing executives.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis and identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports with actionable recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare, Hospitals, IVF, Diagnostics or Pharma.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation ability.
- Experience in both Digital Marketing and Field Marketing.
- Strong analytical and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel across Jharkhand as required.
