About Us: At TrueFan AI, we're building India's leading AI video generation platform, enabling brands to create hyper-personalized, ultra-realistic video content at scale.

We work with forward-thinking marketing teams to transform how they engage, convert, and retain customers through AI-driven storytelling.

Why this role matters: We're looking for a Head of Marketing & Communications who can own the narrative, build brand authority, and drive B2B pipeline.

This is a foundational leadership role—you will define how TrueFan AI is perceived in the market, shape our voice, and directly influence enterprise demand generation and credibility.

What you'll own:

1. Brand Narrative & Positioning

  • Define and evolve TrueFan AI's positioning in the B2B AI/MarTech space
  • Craft a clear, differentiated narrative across all touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and storytelling

2. PR, Media & Communications (Core Strength)

  • Build and manage PR strategy and agency relationships
  • Drive earned media, founder profiling, and thought leadership
  • Secure coverage across top-tier business, tech, and marketing publications
  • Own crisis communication and brand reputation

3. B2B Demand & Content Engine

  • Partner with growth team to drive inbound pipeline via content + comms
  • Build high-impact assets: case studies, whitepapers, POVs, webinars
  • Create content that drives enterprise trust and conversion

4. Founder & Leadership Branding

  • Shape founder voice and visibility across LinkedIn, media, and events
  • Position leadership as category experts in AI video & personalization

5. Agency + Internal Team Leadership

  • Leverage prior agency experience to manage external partners effectively
  • Build and lead an in-house marketing & communications team
  • Drive high standards of execution, creativity, and speed

6. GTM & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Demand Gen teams
  • Ensure messaging aligns with ICP, use cases, and revenue goals

What we are looking for:

* 8–12 years of experience in Marketing & Communications (B2B focus)

  • Strong background in PR agencies (must-have)
  • Experience working in a tech-first startup environment (0→1 or 1→10)
  • Proven track record of building brand + credibility in B2B markets
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyer psychology and GTM motion
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills

Must Have Capabilities:

  • Ability to translate complex AI/tech into simple, compelling narratives
  • Strong network across media, PR, and industry ecosystems
  • Experience driving thought leadership and category creation
  • Data-aware mindset with focus on pipeline impact, not just visibility

  • Strong brand recall in AI/MarTech conversations
  • Consistent earned media and founder visibility
  • High-quality B2B inbound pipeline from content & comms
  • Clear, differentiated category positioning for TrueFan AI
