Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Sales Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and sales team to drive business growth.
- Key Account Management Strengthen relationships with key clients, government bodies, utilities, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
- Tendering & Bidding Strategy Oversee tender submissions, pricing strategies, and project negotiations to secure large-scale transformer projects.
- Market Expansion & Strategic Growth Identify new markets, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to expand business opportunities.
- Brand & Product Positioning Drive brand visibility and ensure effective positioning of transformer products in the competitive market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with production, design, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s/Master s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 15+ years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, and key account management within the transformer manufacturing industry
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong expertise in Power & Distribution Transformers, Turnkey Projects, and B2B Sales
- Proficiency in CRM, SAP, and Digital Marketing tools
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of transformer specifications, customer requirements, and industry regulations
