Head of Marketing & Branding
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing & Branding will lead all marketing, communication, and brand-building activities for Blockmaze. The role requires ownership of both strategy and execution across digital marketing, brand development, product launches, and online/offline campaigns. He will be responsible to build a high performance marketing team from scratch and will negotiate with agencies and vendors to build a complete marketing engine for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall marketing and brand strategy.
- Build Blockmaze's brand identity and communication guidelines.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Manage performance marketing, content, creative, and social media.
- Oversee website content, product announcements, and marketing materials.
- Plan go-to-market campaigns for new products and features.
- Manage PR, media relations, and external agencies.
- Lead event marketing, partnerships, and industry participation.
- Monitor marketing metrics and own brand/marketing KPIs.
- Manage and grow a small internal marketing team.
Requirements
- 1520 years of marketing and branding experience.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or blockchain.
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to lead campaigns end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, creative judgment, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage external agencies and internal teams.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in crypto/blockchain marketing.
- Experience working with compliance-led communication.
