We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with proven expertise in driving revenue growth and scaling brands through performance and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have 56 years of experience in brand scaling across multiple marketing channels such as Meta, Google, and Facebook.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and compelling messaging for each product.
- Lead the design and development of creatives, including graphics and videos, in an innovative manner.
- Leverage AI-based tools and approaches for creative development (strong plus).
- Launch, test, and scale creatives across multiple online channels such as Meta, Facebook, Google, etc.
- Own marketing P&L, revenue growth, and achievement of defined targets.
- Drive revenue growth while optimizing and controlling customer acquisition costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading marketing strategy, creative design, and execution of marketing campaigns for multiple products.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce and subscription-based business models.
- Strong, proven expertise in performance marketing, including budget planning, allocation, and optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.
- Education: Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute background.
