Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
  • Define and drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and growth of the market research function within the semiconductor domain.
  • Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and market shifts across the semiconductor value chain (e.g., EDA, Fabs, Packaging, Memory, Logic, Analog, Power, RF, Sensors, emerging materials, advanced packaging, AI accelerators, automotive, IoT, etc.).
  • Translate complex market dynamics into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the P&L (if applicable to a business unit or research vertical) for the market research function, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Research Design & Execution:
  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive primary and secondary market research studies, including market sizing, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and technology adoption analysis.
  • Ensure the use of robust methodologies, advanced analytical techniques, and reliable data sources specific to the semiconductor industry.
  • Supervise the creation and delivery of high-quality, data-driven, and forward-looking research reports, presentations, and market intelligence dashboards.
  • Lead the development of innovative research products and trackers that provide real-time, decision-grade intelligence to internal and external stakeholders.
