Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Manufacturing, based in Noida. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality standards. They will be responsible for leading and mentoring the production team, optimizing operational processes, formulating and implementing manufacturing strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, they will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Production Management, Manufacturing Processes, and Supply Chain Operations
• Proficiency in Quality Control, Safety Regulations, and Process Optimization
• Leadership abilities with expertise in Team Management, Training, and Employee Development
• Experience in Workflow Streamlining, Resource Planning, and Cost Control
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in an industrial or technical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma certification is a plus
