Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Manufacturing, located in Panipat. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production planning, ensure operational excellence, and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The individual will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring product quality, and leading the manufacturing team to achieve operational goals and productivity targets.

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
