Roles and Responsibilities:

• Zero LTI/ FAI/MTI/ Safety Violation RED Notice
• Health Safety and Environment (HSE) standards /policy execution.
• VLL Safety alert immediate communication to be done and ISO, Energy & VSAP, compliance and closure.
• Ensuring equipment availability and Implementation of Asset optimization framework & score improvement.
• Business partner selection, performance review & improvement.
• Improvement in maintenance KPIs and Cost reduction Initiatives.
• Maintenance Strategy & PM task Review based on RCA/FMEA/RCM/PMO.
• Reliability improvement plan.
• Implementation of digitalization projects and CAPEX projects.
• Monitoring & managing Material availability and Annual Budget Preparation for Spare and Services.
• Inventory, NMI & SMI Reduction, and alternate Vendor development along with PR/ PO Review.
• Implementation of FIP/SGA/Kaizen and Sub-ordinate development and training.
• Ensuring contract performance / Skill Mapping and Training and Training Effectiveness tracking.
• People Development

Experience & Qualification:

•B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/ Electrical with 18+ years of relevant experience in metal & mining industry.
