Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Maintenance, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of preventive maintenance, planning and executing repair projects, managing the overall maintenance program, and leading a team of maintenance professionals. The role entails ensuring smooth operations of equipment and facilities to meet performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
• Strong skills in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance operations
• Proven experience in Team Management and leadership
• Ability to ensure adherence to safety standards and optimize equipment performance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
