Head of Legal Affairs

Our client, a leading organisation in the manufacturing space based in Delhi is looking to hire a Head of Legal / DED for their corporate legal team.

An ideal candidate would have 1822 years of post-qualification experience, with well-rounded exposure across Litigation, Advisory, Contract Management, Corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Someone who has worked in a promoter driven environment before would be ideal for this role.

Please note : Qualified Company Secretaries will be preferred for this role.
