Job Description

Position : Head – Learning & Development

Location:Bengaluru (Corporate Office)

Company : Our Client operates reputed Hotels at various Resort/Leisure/Wildlife destinations.

About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected Hospitality and Leisure group with a portfolio of upscale resorts across some of India's most sought-after destinations is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head – Learning & Development to lead L&D function for a Cluster of Upscale Resorts.

The role requires regular travel to properties and close collaboration with business leaders to create a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and employee growth.

Scope of the Role

The Head – Learning & Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people development strategy by designing and implementing learning frameworks that strengthen leadership capability, improve employee performance, and support long-term business growth.

He will partner closely with Resort General Managers, Department Heads, and HR teams to ensure learning interventions are aligned with operational priorities and guest experience objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training in Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong hospitality industry Training experience with exposure to multi-property environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing leadership development and talent management frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with senior business leaders and managing large-scale learning initiatives.
