Job Responsibilities:

• Looking for an experience of 15+ years of experience in property acquisition.

• Responsible for driving property expansion by identifying and acquiring high-potential properties, executing deal structuring, and ensuring end-to-end property setup across regions.

• Led market research, investment planning, and legal due diligence while managing stakeholder relationships and regional teams.

• Enabled strategic growth through data-driven decisions on catchment areas and real estate opportunities.
