*MedPlus Health Services Limited (MedPlus Diagnostics)* is looking for an experienced professional to join our team for the position of *Lab Incharge / Lab Head – Bangalore.*

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- *Qualification:* MD – Pathology

- *Experience:* 8–10 years of overall experience

- *Leadership Experience:* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lab Incharge / Lab Head

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Lead end-to-end laboratory operations, ensuring high accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance with NABL and internal quality standards.

- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve Turnaround Time (TAT), workflow efficiency, and service quality.

- Manage, mentor, and lead cross-functional laboratory teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and adherence to protocols.

- Ensure stringent quality control and regulatory compliance while minimizing diagnostic errors and operational risks.

- Collaborate with clinicians and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic outcomes.

- Enhance patient experience and service delivery standards by effectively handling escalations and improving satisfaction.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory processes, reporting, and documentation.
