Head of IT Service Delivery

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to hire a Head of IT Service Delivery to lead enterprisewide IT service delivery and IT operations across a complex hybrid infrastructure environment. As the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will be responsible for IT service management, IT operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of technology services that support businesscritical functions across multiple regions.

This senior IT Service Delivery leadership role is ideal for an experienced IT operations / IT service management professional who can drive service stability, uplift processes, and build a highperforming IT service delivery function in a fastpaced enterprise setting.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead daytoday IT service delivery and IT operations across infrastructure, platforms, and enduser services, ensuring technology services remain stable, reliable, and well supported
• Own and enhance IT service management disciplines (e.g. incident handling, major incident response, problem followup, change coordination, request fulfilment, and operational knowledge)
• Work closely with infrastructure, cloud, cyber, and platform teams to standardise service workflows, improve operating models, and drive consistency across the IT service delivery and ITSM lifecycle
• Use data, automation, and tooling to improve IT service performance, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the speed and quality of incident resolution and service restoration
• Build and lead a highperforming IT service delivery team across time zones, setting clear expectations, developing leadership capability, and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in IT operations

To qualify for this Head of IT Service Delivery role, you should have:

• 12–15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, IT infrastructure support, or enterprise IT service management leadership roles within large organisations
• Strong background in IT service management and IT operations, including handson experience in major incident management, service improvement, and governance across businesscritical environments
• Practical experience with enterprise ITSM platforms (such as ServiceNow or similar), service reporting, workflow optimisation, and the use of automation to improve IT service outcomes
• Exposure to hybrid infrastructure environments (onpremise, cloud, containers, and modern platforms) and collaborative ways of working with engineering, cloud, and cyber teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technology leaders, business stakeholders, and global operations teams
