We are partnering with a leading organisation in Singapore with a strong presence across multiple digital platforms and regional operations. The organisation is focused on delivering engaging and impactful experiences through innovation, operational excellence, and continuous digital transformation. Our client is currently seeking a Head of IT & Business Process Transformation.

Head IT & Business Process Transformation

PURPOSE

. Develop & implement IT strategy and roadmap for the Organisation.

. Custodian of IT infrastructure and associated solutions/ capital expenditure/ operational productivity objectives . Lead and coach IT team and build the talent pipeline

. Provide leadership to enterprise IT and automation initiatives.

SCOPE

A senior technical leader within the technology function who forms part of the senior leadership team and influencs organisational strategy. The role covers corporate wide infrastructure and application landscape including enterprise IT infrastructure and emerging technology initiatives, enabling proactive decision-making across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Build and lead a strong metrics driven business focussed IT organization, that delivers flawless / smooth and secure IT services.

. Collaborates with other technical and business leaders in the company to develop a keen understanding of business needs and ensure delivery of IT services to meet those needs.

. Support the execution of strategy and roadmap by ensuring the IT department is proactively prepared to deliver effective IT practices and solutions.

. Responsible for all IT productivity tools and the service desks.

. Develop and manage IT budget and ensure alignment with the Company corporate objectives.

. Build capabilities including key priority areas such as IT Security Operations

REQUIREMENTS

Foundational /Leadership Competencies

. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills

. Self-motivated

. Big thinker with ability to roll up sleeves and dive into details/action

Functional Competencies

. Strategic IT leader who can also roll up his/her sleeves to address operational challenges

. Appreciation of IT solutions and how emerging technologies can and will impact the organisation and workforce. . Strong operational background with the ability to lead corporate IT systems and processes.

. Experience with modern /cloud-based infrastructure

Education / Other Technical / Professional Qualification Relevant university degree(s) e.g. bachelors/master in IT / CS

Experience

. 10- 15 years of IT leadership experience

. Proven experience working with working on multi-products concurrently

. Outstanding communication skills
