Job Description

Own global TikTok commerce P&L: Drive GMV, ROAS, AOV, and conversions across international markets through TikTok Ads, organic, and affiliate commerce.

Build and scale creatorled revenue: Develop a global creator and affiliate ecosystem, partnering with top creators, agencies, and MCNs to scale sales.

Lead performance marketing & experimentation: Own TikTok Ads strategy, budgets, UGCled creatives, and continuous testing across hooks, formats, and landing flows.

Define TikTok content strategy: Shape viral, performance, and livecommerce content through close collaboration with creative teams.

Build & lead highimpact teams: Hire and manage TikTok marketers, creator managers, and performance specialists with a strong ownership mindset.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of International Sales should have:

  • 8-10 years in performance marketing / TikTok / influencer commerce
  • Proven experience in scaling TikTok Shop or D2C revenue
  • Strong understanding of:
    • TikTok Ads Manager
    • TikTok Seller Center
    • Affiliate ecosystems
  • Experience in international markets
  • Strong data-driven decision making
  • High ownership + startup mindset
