QUALIFICATION - BCA / MCA / BE / BTECH / MTECH
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop IT strategy / policy and practices to meet the company's long-term objectives.
- Develop and review IT budgets, business case justification & cost benefit analysis, and IT spends & initiatives.
- Set up robust day-to-day IT helpdesk management to ensure efficient IT services to internal customers.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware, software, and other IT supplies.
- Handle negotiations & administration of vendors, outsourcers & service agreements.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for improved productivity, cost rationalization, and informed decision-making.
- Adhere to the software licensing laws.
- Responsible for GMP compliance.
- Responsible to ensure the cyber security of our data and critical IT & OT assets.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience in handling IT team of a reputed organization. Preferably from the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred.
- Must have strong experience in SAP environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges.
- Should hold high standards of business ethics.
