Head of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall IT strategy, roadmap and day-to-day technology operations.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI, automation and process improvement.
• Oversee SAP and other enterprise systems, including implementation, optimisation, integration and user support.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery.
• Drive business intelligence, reporting, data analytics and system integration initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects and manage technology vendors, contracts and budgets.
• Partner with business functions to identify technology solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the internal IT team.

Requirements

• Around 10 years of relevant IT experience, with strong experience in an IT leadership or senior management capacity.
• Strong hands-on SAP implementation, optimisation and integration experience.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and enterprise technology projects.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder, project and vendor management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, logistics, warehousing or other operational environments will be advantageous.
