1. Provide strategic direction and oversight for the organization's information technology initiatives and infrastructure.

3. Identify and lead the implementation of innovative technologies and digital solutions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and improve customer experience.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption.

5. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and effective service delivery.

6. Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, risk management, and optimal resource allocation.

7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization and future enhancements.

Education Qualification & Certifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess an MBA, MCA, or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or COBIT. It will be an added advantage if the candidate has experience in leading IT teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Relevant Experience

The role requires 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process optimization, digital transformation initiatives, SAP landscape, Cyber Security and End User Infrastructures. The candidate should have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making, and successfully implementing technology-enabled solutions to enhance business performance.
