This is a full-time, on-site Head of Information Technology role based in Srinagar. The Head of Information Technology will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and strategy to ensure seamless organizational functionality. Key responsibilities include managing the IT team, developing and implementing IT strategies, overseeing system and network infrastructure, and ensuring security and compliance across all technology platforms. The role also requires staying updated on emerging technologies to optimize operations and support the organization's growth.

• Expertise in Information Technology and IT Operations, with the ability to oversee and maintain robust IT systems and networks.
• Strong skills in IT Management and IT Strategy to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Experience in managing Infrastructure, including systems, cloud solutions, and network architectures.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and enforce security and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Background in project management is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to optimize business functions.
