Role Description

The Head of Information Technology will lead and manage IT strategy, operations, and infrastructure to align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing IT systems, SAP, networking, IT infra, Industry 4.0 implementation including digital manufacturing enablement, ensuring cybersecurity, and managing IT teams effectively. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies for innovation and scalability. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram and one who has working in a MANUFACTURING domain.

Job Role

• High Proficiency in SAP with extensive expertise in SAP implementation including data sanity from SAP environment, plan and manage Information Technology systems, including design, implementation, and operational management
• IIoT / MES / SCADA ecosystem integration
• Experience in IT Operations and managing infrastructure to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
• Knowledge of industry best practices for IT Infrastructure, cyber security, and data protection with extensive experience in implementing and managing the same
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Min 20 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
