The Role: We are seeking a Head of India Delivery & Operations to lead and scale AGT's India delivery capability. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing high-performing engineering and delivery teams, driving operational excellence, and serving as the primary point of accountability for AGT's India presence. You will work closely with global leadership to align India operations with company-wide delivery goals and client commitments.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and scale AGT's India delivery organization across engineering, QA, and business analysis functions
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability for India-based client engagements
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and results
- Partner with global leadership on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and team structure
- Serve as the senior point of contact for India-based client relationships and escalations
- Drive operational processes including onboarding, performance management, and resource planning
- Establish and monitor delivery KPIs and reporting cadences for India operations
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent
- Identify and mitigate risks across delivery engagements and internal operations
- Represent AGT's India operations in client-facing and executive settings
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, or engineering leadership
- Proven track record of building and scaling offshore or nearshore delivery teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise software delivery across multiple technology domains
- Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and delivery P&L at an organizational level
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively across global time zones, particularly with US-based clients
- Domain experience in financial services, insurance, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred
