Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the overall HR strategies and practices for Vedanta Jharsuguda Al. Business
Ensure strong Business performance, functioning as the expert on key HR Levers of Organizational Designing and Building, Organization Development, Business Partner Management and Employee Relations
Key Leadership team member focused on driving growth, innovation and performance through people metrics while developing a strong HR team
Embrace transparency, empowerment, accountability and enhancing high-performance work culture
Design and execute talent management and development framework for Jharsuguda in-line with the group philosophy
Prepare leadership pipeline/succession planning for critical roles, Learning & Development scheme and driving performance appraisal system
Ensure adherence to all HR compliances, furnishing audit requirement with right governance structure
Desired Skills:
Masters in HR with 12+ years of relevant experience
Passionate HR Leader with a transformational outlook, strong business acumen & technical expertise, proven capability in delivering business outcomes, and leveraging analytics for data driven decision making shall be preferred
