Job Description

Job Title: Head – Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

Preferred Industry: Automotive | Construction Equipment | Commercial Vehicles

Reporting to: Managing Director/Joint Managing Director

Role Summary

Lead the HR function across multiple business verticals Driving talent, performance, compliance, and organizational growth while partnering with Top Management & Business Heads.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Business Partnership – translate business plans into manpower, productivity and people

strategies. Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director and senior leadership on all people-related

matters.

• Talent Acquisition – lead workforce planning, leadership hiring, critical talent pipelines and employer

branding. Recruitment for leadership, sales, service, technical, and support functions.

• Performance & Rewards – drive KPI/KRA systems, succession planning, compensation, incentives and

productivity.

• Employee Relations & Culture – strengthen engagement, grievance resolution, discipline, communication and

accountability.

• HR Operations & Digital HR – oversee HRMS, payroll, attendance, leave, MIS and employee lifecycle

processes. Travel to branches for audit on branch operations and manpower.

• Compliance – ensure labour-law, PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH and statutory compliance.

• Policy Design - Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and business needs.

• HR Team Leadership – lead, coach and develop the HR team across branches and business units.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA/PGDM in HR. 15–20 years of HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in automotive

dealerships, construction equipment, commercial vehicles, or manufacturing.
