Head of Human Resources

Known for its motto, Right Product @ Right Price, Peachmode.com ensures quality through thorough checks, detailed descriptions, and verified products and sellers. With its roots in online retail, the company has expanded into offline retail by opening five stores in Mumbai. Peachmode is committed to offering a seamless shopping experience and high-quality products to its customers.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the Head of Human Resources. The role involves overseeing all HR functions, such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and leading strategic HR initiatives. The Head of Human Resources will work closely with the leadership team to support company culture and organizational growth, as well as oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management processes.

• A strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management
• Thorough knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws and ability to ensure compliance
• Experience in formulating, implementing, and updating HR Policies
• Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and align HR strategies with business objectives
• Experience in a leadership role within the retail or E-commerce industry is an advantage
