We're Hiring | AGM / DGM / Head – Human Resources

Location: Khurja, Bulandshahr (Manufacturing Plant) & Delhi (Corporate Office) ||

Budget : Upto 14 LPA

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM / DGM/ Head – HR to lead our Human Resources function at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to plant HR operations and a strategic mindset to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations at the plant
• Manage Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention
• Handle IR (Industrial Relations) & compliance with labor laws
• Drive performance management and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure smooth HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
• Collaborate with leadership for workforce planning and strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG)
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, IR & plant HR practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, plant-driven environment

Experience: 10+ years (with relevant plant HR exposure preferred)
