About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the growth of our group companies by building scalable people practices, strengthening leadership capability, and driving organizational excellence. This role partners closely with business leaders across multiple business units to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience managing end-to-end HR operations, and the ability to influence leaders in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with senior leadership and business heads to align Human Capital strategies with business objectives across multiple group companies.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent optimization initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management, and people-related business decisions.
- Analyze workforce trends and recommend data-driven HR initiatives that improve business performance.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Drive the end-to-end performance management framework, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and performance calibration.
- Coach managers on performance conversations, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning initiatives.
- Lead learning and development initiatives that enhance leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
Culture & Employee Experience
- Champion a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative work culture across the organization.
- Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention programs.
- Monitor employee experience throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Promote company values and strengthen organizational culture across all business entities.
Employee Relations & HR Governance
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and professional integrity.
Talent Acquisition Oversight
- Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and workforce requirements.
- Oversee recruitment strategies for key and leadership positions across group companies.
- Strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency.
HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Ensure efficient HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
- Drive HR process improvements through automation, analytics, and technology adoption.
- Develop HR dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to leadership.
- Support cross-functional HR projects and organizational transformation initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with business leaders and management teams.
- Influence decision-making through people insights and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and other support functions to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Represent the HR function in strategic initiatives and organizational planning discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and generalist responsibilities.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or a group of companies is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR governance, and organizational development.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People) is an advantage.
