HR Head – Greenfield Automotive Manufacturing Plant

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is looking to hire an experienced HR Head for a greenfield manufacturing facility in Aurangabad.

Key Requirements:

• 18+ years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience in setting up a greenfield manufacturing plant.
• Strong expertise in Industrial Relations (IR) and labour management, including union negotiations, statutory compliance, and workforce management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Automotive or auto-component industry experience preferred.
• Fluency in Marathi will be a significant advantage.

Compensation: Approximately ₹40 LPA + performance bonus and other benefits, depending on experience and fit.
