About the Opportunity

We are seeking an executive leader to head the India HR GCC for a premier global enterprise. In this high-impact strategic and operational role, you will be responsible for an end-to-end HR operational excellence, enterprise payroll execution, HR Tech ecosystem optimization, vendor governance, and driving digital/automation initiatives.

The Role

As the Head of HR Service Delivery, you will lead HR operations, maintain rigorous service delivery standards, and drive continuous transformation across the employee lifecycle.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• GCC / Shared Services Footprint (Crucial): Extensive background operating within Global Capability Centers (GCC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environments, with a proven track record in setting up, transitioning, or scaling HR shared services operations.
• Core Payroll & Compliance Leadership: Experience in end-to-end payroll delivery.
• Operational Excellence & Tech: Expertise in managing HRIS platforms, strict SLA/KPI metrics, vendor ecosystems, and process automation/digitization.

Experience

• 12+ years of progressive HR Operations / Shared Services experience, including at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
