Compensation & Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation structures
- Benchmark salary structures with industry standards
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Oversee HRIS systems and reporting
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
